To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
Purchase Timeframe: You must have purchased the item within 30 calendar days.
Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: You must be able to provide proof of purchase.
Exclusions: Final sale items are not eligible for a refund.
After the Eligibility Period
We regret that we cannot accept returns after 30 calendar days have passed since you purchased the product. If an attempt to return is made beyond this period, the item will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
Returning the Item
As long as your item meets our eligibility criteria, we will cover the costs of shipping your item back to us. You have the option to either drop your item off at one of our network locations or schedule a home pickup for a more convenient return process.
Refund Options
Upon approval of the return, you can choose one of the following refund methods:
Original Payment: The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Store Credit: Receive the refund in the form of store credit.
Product Exchange: Opt for an exchange with another product.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow 2-4 weeks for us to receive the item. Once received, it will take 3-5 days for us to process the return and initiate the refund. If you paid by debit or credit card, an additional 2-4 weeks may be required for the payment to post to your account.
